We accommodate your dogs and cats with features like open, green lawn space and an enclosed bark park designed for your dogs to play off-leash. Read our pet policy below to learn more about Tanglewood's pet-friendly community.

Pet Policy:

  • Tanglewood Apartments & Townhomes allow dogs and cats.
  • Two pets are allowed per apartment or townhome.
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required prior to pet move-in.
  • Breed and weight restrictions apply.
  • Please contact the leasing office for breed restriction information.

Pet Fees

  • There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a limit of 2 per apartment. The pet fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment.
  • There is a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. No more than two 2 pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds are allowed per apartment.
